“Shop is very convenient as I live in the west of the town, the staff are very friendly and helpful apart from one person who this evening decided to verbally abuse my daughter and her friend, I have personally witnessed this woman do this on several occasions in fact if she is serving I have actually walked out as I find her very rude I will speak to the manager because tonight her behaviour was un acceptable.”

“Tesco Hexham cafeStaff were very friendly and helpful. One gentleman got my child a highchair, been to various cafés and not had that, I usually have to get them myself while I leave my child in their buggy. Food was nice, had a tuna and spring panini. Children's meal deal was quite good as well, better than others places we've been.”

“Lovely M&S being strangled by Workflow Dynamics / Hozah car parking. I photograph the car park every time we now walk to the store from another car park, and notice how the once crowded car park is often almost empty, especially the disabled section. We have parked there most weeks since M&S opened in 2008.I paid the correct fee for 2 hours parking, left 15 minutes BEFORE the expiry time. Workflow Dynamics even sent me photos of my car entering and leaving the car park, with the times, to the second, they knew the correct fee was paid as it was by debit card. The deceitful wording in their letter said that “ BY EITHER NOT PURCHASING THE APPROPRIATE PARKING TIME OR BY REMAINING AT THE CAR PARK LONGER THAN PERMITTED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT IN THE SIGNAGE THE PARKING CHARGE IS NOW PAYABLE TO WORKFLOW DYNAMICS AS THE CREDITOR.” Notice there is no connect between the conditions and why the parking charge was levied. This is a fraudulent attempt to extort money and an attempt to obtain money by deception. I paid the correct fee, (clearly displayed on the signage), at the correct time, left 15 minutes early and Workflow dynamics were even stupid enough to send me proof of it in an attempted fraud. Why are these car park cowboys, who won’t reply to my question as to what offence I committed and who are ruining trade at M&S and B&M, are not being brought to justice? Who would like to join a group, “Victims of Hozah and Workflow Dynamics”?Their accomplices, Trace Debt Recovery, have sent me intimidating letters, threatening court action , increasing the amount of the fine, in effect harassment, even though I sent them proof that no offence had been committedPOPLA won’t get involved unless a ten digit code is issued by Workflow who have ignored my request and have not replied to my last letters. The Daily Mail front paged the issue of cowboy car parking firms with, “DRIVERS HIT WITH 30,000 PARKING TICKETS EVERY DAY,” on 24th November 2022It is time the law intervened before we lose this lovely Marks and Spencer store.”
