I've got to praise all the staff here ,especially a lady who I think was the manageress. Very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with a click and collect order and they couldn't have been more helpful, going out of their way to avoid me having a wasted journey. Thanks, lovely to see such great customer service.

I got my ears pierced today and workers supported me today, one piercing was a bit higher than the other so I went back and had it re-done. Everyone is so nice and polite!
