Pretty good on all accounts. Clean tables but lots of uncleared tables and food on the floor! Staff were too busy serving on a busy Sunday. Prefer Costa Coffee flavour & food.Kid-friendliness: Lots of young kids running wild and no-one complaining.

Just been here for coffee and toastie. Coffee was ok but toasties are terrible and just chucked at us in a bag. No plate available. No knife to cut it in half. Table was filthy. Also the place was freezing cold. The prices are ridiculous for the quality of the product and level of service offered. Not going back.
