Fantastic service by Dan in the Hexham branch. Went in with frame broken beyond repair. Removed lenses reset in new frame,all sorted less than 30 minutes .

I have tried contact lenses for the longest time with different opticians and had no luck getting them in and out on my own. I had one appointment with Vicky here and now manage to do them independently! She's so lovely and super encouraging and has a lot of patience :) the whole procedure of getting new contact lenses was straightforward so highly recommend
