I use this place every day and have done for over three years expensive but fine till lately on an evening on at least 8 times I have popped over and there is a notice on the door back in 5 mins . The first time I was there for may be 25 mins then gave up second time 15 mins every time cars pulling in waiting and waiting then driving off no cashiers anywhere knocking on glass and door nothing not sure if the lad is asleep out back or asleep in the toilet three times I have waited at least 20 mins now I just walk off

Wanted to use the carwash, paid at the kiosk for the bronze wash. Code would not work, returned to kiosk, the the male assistant was so miserable and rude. Eventually I got a refund, however I won't be venturing back ?

What can one say a member of the public ona public footpath challenged by garage staff and he's not even on there land he was videoing historical building provided a service to new visitors to Hexham area ? l think garage staff over reactions doesn't help this beautiful area

Supposedly scanned my Shell+ barcode on my mobile, didn't register but he said it did.Then tried to fob me off with technical details from receipt, basically he couldn't be bothered.Staff don't care, 2nd time I have been in and all they bothered about is getting your money.Customer service is rubbish.Will be using other petrol station in Hexham from now on.

First , the brushes scratched the car , other day ,I have try to use the jet wash , I was told doesn't work , and yesterday I tried again , I was told the jet wash it' s working , but was not the case . They have this problem very often , but the management is not bothered to give some respect to the clients.
