Great service ? I needed some electrical parts and had been to another retailer who weren?t helpful at all. Thought I?d try Screwfix and such a difference - the member of staff, Ethan was very patient and went through my list trying to help find the products for me. Much appreciated to have someone take their time and be helpful when I wasn't 100% sure of what I needed!

Ordering online has always been very efficient here, from using the app to getting notifications of orders being picked to collection, it is a faultless service.

I was struggling to find a plumbing fitting to put a counter top dishwasher on a tap. The member of staff was extremely helpful, figuring out what we needed, even though it was a bit tricky. They got three or four fittings to try, till we got the right one. They even made sure to give me the receipt in case it turned out wrong when I got home. I spent a total of £1.67, felt like I was treated the same way as someone spending £167. It was right! And I now have a working dishwasher!

What great service, Dave went well and truly above and beyond to help me out at 7am on a Saturday morning after we woke up to find our kitchen flooded, he searched the catalogue for me to see if he could find the part I needed, he even went as far as opening boxes on other taps to see if the part I needed would come with a new tap, we got sorted in the end and I couldn't have sorted it without him, top man Dave, you have made a customer for life out of meI came away with a new Tap which fits perfectly

Good service at Screwfix. I needed a part fixed and was given helpful advice from Becky who took the time firstly to understand the issue, and then double checked that the solution would work correctly. If only everyone took as much care in their work. Service was also prompt and when it was clear that the queue was starting to build, an additional assistant was called out to help.
