I am really impressed with Saks in Hexham. Very welcoming team and Shannon did an outstanding job with my hair, she was so friendly and professional. The whole team were also very lovely with my 9 year old who was welcomed and given a hot chocolate, paper and pencils while waiting. I'll absolutely be back! Having been put off hairdressers for a year, I walked into Saks (Hexham) with my hair in a bit of a state, on the off-chance for some advice and a restyle. Just in Hexham for one night and made an impulsive decision to have my hair done. I read the reviews first which were fab. Emma listened attentively to my ideas and did a fantastic haircut! Absolutely love it, thank you. All the staff are so friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.

I have visited Saks, Hexham, over a few years now and have experienced such a professional, friendly service every single time. The ladies are always so kind and considerate, and my hair is treat so well. The ladies (Shannon in particular given she is my regular) cares for my hair and always gives recommendations. If what I am asking for would cause damage to my hair, they?d always make this clear before I proceed, a service most hairdressers would bypass for concern of losing money. I adore getting my hair done by Shannon and the girls and always feel so welcome and leave feeling refreshed and forever happy with the results! Truly recommend x

A really friendly and comfortable environment Shannon listened to what I wanted,and didn't want, she transformed my hair from a boring salt and pepper with a previous bad cut, to a style and colour I love. I can't thank her enough. Shannon at Saks made my day! Thank you. I will be back!

Amazing experience. I?m new to the area and needed a total refresh. I met with Emma a couple of weeks before my appointment and went through everything and she was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It was a long day in the salon to get the colour I wanted and every single member of the team made sure I was well looked after throughout the day. We visited Saks Hexham recently and had a great experience from start to finish. My wife had an appointment with Shannon who did an amazing job! After being given a £150 cut and thick colour, I was told it would develop over a couple of washes. It developed blue, not the green I had requested. When I returned (after a holiday and week in hospital) to ask for a recolour, I was asked for another £50!!

I have continued going to Saks for years now, and they never fail in making me feel so good about myself. What is lovely about the experience is that the work on my hair feels like a team effort with numerous talented and friendly ladies washing, colouring, and styling. Emma always does the main cut, but I've grown to know a vast array of familiar faces that always seem interested and happy to see you. All in all, I always end up bouncing out of the door, feeling like a blue haired goddess. The photos do not do the colour justice, I love it ?

I called in hopes someone could slot me in for the same day???? so kindly they took me in and after an evaluation fitted me in after I finished work. I had a really faded pink balayage, and a handful of bad experiences to bring to the table. But I left with a new favourite hair dresser and absolutely stunning healthy looking dark hair that looks so much better !! ( these lady?s stayed behind an extra hour to help me out!! ) 10/10Services: Hair coloring
