A great big thanks to Leah and James at RMS Hexham who went above and beyond with patience and professionalism to make purchasing my little cottage a smooth process. Solicitors were another story, but at every stage RMS were available to advise and assist as appropriate to facilitate the process even when everyone else involved was getting frustrated with waiting for solicitor reports, the staff at RMS were on hand with incredible customer service. I wouldn?t hesitate to buy or sell with them and wasn?t surprised when I went to their office and saw the awards on their window display. Well deserved!

We have had a really excellent level of service throughout the selling process with RMS Hexham. The whole team were friendly, helpful and always on hand if I had any questions from valuation to completion. Rarely would an estate agent get a 5-Star review from a buyer rather than a seller, but Rook Matthews Estate Agents in Hexham deserve just that! Although not directly their clients, RMS Hexham treated us with the same wonderful courtesy, kindness and attention to detail as they did their clients, the property sellers. Alongside us to navigate the problems and obstacles that emerged during our purchase, we felt truly valued. In particular, Kate Wright, leading her office from the front, always returned calls and emails, accepting every challenge as an opportunity to demonstrate excellent customer service. Exceptionally in the sector, Kate always did what she promised to do and - in the end - understood that it is the fragile hopes and dreams of real people that she is dealing with, not just a 'transaction'. We can't recommend RMS Hexham highly enough and Kate Wright in particular. Whether a buyer or a seller, you are in safe hands.
