This was the first of a number of jobs we have had completed by Paul, Emma and the team at Premier kitchens. As a former construction project manager, I am pretty picky about how work is completed, and was really pleased with the whole process from design through to snagging and completion.The scope of work was:- Full kitchen strip out- Relocation of water supply within new island unit (including chasing the floor).- Design, supply and install of kitchen (including some creative touches, such as the end of the island book display which was made using decorative stair posts, because I am fussy!)- Replacement lighting (from two pendants to spots and four pendants)- Full floor tiling of kitchen (herringbone), hallway, downstairs bathroom.Inevitably with a job this size, there are unexpected problems that you find along the way, but Paul and the team came up with creative solutions every time.Most impressively, and reassuringly, the price we were quoted was the price we paid - there was never a moment of "we didn't know this would happen so now you need to pay us more" or anything like it. When they needed to make adjustments on site, Paul's response was always "If we are going to do it, we will do it properly".We haven't hesitated to recommend Premier, and have used them again twice more since.

Premier Kitchens recently finished the installation of our new kitchen. Our requirements were followed from design to completion and we are really pleased with the end result. After previously having had a kitchen installed by Premier Kitchens, we had some beautiful built-in bookcases and wardrobes fitted. There was an understandable delay due to pandemic-related supply issues; however, when the supplier couldn't provide the ordered materials, Paul went above and beyond to sort the problem. We ended up having even higher quality materials and work done to "do it properly" (Paul's words) while honouring the original quote. The work included relocating power points, replacing and matching bespoke coving, and a number of changes that needed to be designed on site, all of which was completed without complaint and with the help of Paul, Emma, and Dave's expertise. The result is a bespoke design produced by an outstandingly skilful joiner (Dave, who worked tidily and efficiently with full respect for our home) and we couldn't be more pleased.

Premier fitted a new kitchen for us a few years ago. After good discussions about the requirements and agreeing these and the cost, the work was carried out very conveniently, as agreed.Have recently had cause to make a few alterations to the kitchen. Overpriced as you are unable to budget due to each item having the same price tag.Old units not removed from front garden when promised for example a toilet left for over a week.Incorrect items delivered.Faulty items installed.Delay after delay due to being held up on other jobs due to their deliveries not arriving on time.All in all a very poor service and NO would never recommend this business.

We cannot recommend Premier Kitchens highly enough. Paul has gone above and beyond from day one. The works involved more than a simple kitchen replacement, we had internal walls removed to enlarge the existing kitchen into what was a hallway & study. The works were all carried out by Premier. They were professional, polite & tidy. Paul was available to speak to directly did we have any questions along the way. The works were completed on time & we are very happy with our new kitchen!
