Generally a pretty good gym and has a decent variety of machines etc. The owner and staff is super friendly and welcoming. The only negative is that the gym smells REALLY bad (there's one guy that stinks the whole place up every morning and smells like he hasn't showered in 10 years). Unfortunately it is bad enough to ruin an otherwise 5-star gym.

Great gym for all intents and purposes, 10/10 staff, opening hours on weekends are limited unfortunately though.

Much quieter and more relaxed than Wentworth with a bigger range of machines and weights. Opening a bit limited at weekends.

Just signed up for the 7 day trial and had my first gym session. it was awesome, Lisa was so helpful and it is a friendly environment to workout in. I would highly recommend this gym for so many different reasons.

Best gym in Hexham.If you're looking for a friendly welcoming gym then this is the place to go, great range of equipment, knowledgeable gym team, trainers that get the most our of you during a session and a variety of classes to suit everybody regardless of their ability.
