Getting worse this place, told on Friday to come back today (Tuesday), when I'm standing there some arrogant management came out and said "You'll have to come back in an hour, no pharmacist"", simple as that, no apology or nothing, she needs to straighten her face and drop the attitude

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Never have any stock, nothing ever ready when they advise you to collect. Always a long wait. They won't deal with the gp on your behalf for something that is their issue. Just a nightmare everytime!

Rude management, other staff seem better. Although this Pharmacy needs massive customer service Improvement. I have at least 5 strong complaints to be made about a certain staff member (Mangement) . I don't understand how this pharmacy can get away with their nasty rude behaviour. Second complaint I have made, first complaint I had the manager unlawfully find my contact details to call me in regards to my first complaint without any permission to do so!

Before I went away ask for meds to be delivered women I spoke to on phone said I couldn?t do this but I was told by my gp I could. But it was too late. I went other day pick them they weren?t there because they had been there too long they had bin them. I was not happy.

I went in to collect my medication for my chronic lung condition and was refused because I couldn?t wear a mask, I use this pharmacy at least twice a month for last 5/6 years, the staff know me and my condition. The pharmacy is in a hospital where you don?t have to wear a mask, it?s the first time I have ever been asked to wear one, when I replied I was exempt because of my bronchietisus the woman replied I don?t care you have to wear one. She was very rude even though she has served me for years. I had to go back to my doctors and the receptionist was shocked and got my medication for me. I?ve now been told it?s not the first complaint about this pharmacy and a certain woman. I will be taken this further as I felt humiliated.

Most staff here are lovely, especially the pharmacist. However told by gp to phone and get my BP meds delivered as whole family was isolating due to coronavirus, woman who answered was totally unhelpful and just refused point-blank and just couldnt care less- fortunately I was able to find someone to collect my meds. Had another request for lloyds in Haydon Bridge for my daughter and they couldn't be more helpful. Someone needs to have a chat with this woman about her manner. I understand these are difficult times but there was no need for her dismissive attitude.

My prescription was ordered, but I ran out of medication, phoned lloyds of hexham ,Megan dealt with my problem, went the extra mile ,to ensure I got medication that day ,fast and friendly service,credit to lloyds of hexham big thank you
