Great rooms and food. A really really different yet great hotel. Go here for something without spending a silly amount of money. I have been to hotels in Dubai and this is a better experience

Staff we absolutely amazing. So attentive and friendly. Hotel is beautiful. Food is amazing.. The lady that took us on the free tour of the castle in the morning was brilliant.

Great to return. Staff were brilliant and service was great. Food was delicious.
It requires a little TLC because it's looking tired in places but such a magnificent venue and always great to go back.

Had afternoon tea which was okay, but no better than most other places. Plastic packs of butter, jam and cream were a surprise for a high end establishment - it lacked the expected finesse. Tremendous setting though and staff were keen to please

We went to Langley castle for a lovely lunch, as it was part of the Hexham restaurant week, the castle itself is a sight to behold! The food was absolutely delicious, as was the service, the staff were all so helpful as well, would recommend it to any one! We'll definitely be back!
