Once again the staff and service at this branch has been outstanding, all the work carried out was done on time and exactly at the price quoted.
The staff are both friendly and professional, putting me at ease during these difficult times.
I would, and do recommend this branch to anybody needing repairs to their vehicle.

Having had the morning from hell after a new tyre deflating fully and being left in the middle of nowhere the AA came and fitted a space saver wheel and brought me to this branch again by mistake as 2 branches in Hexham
Scott from this branch transferred in the tyre from another branch and collected it, once back at branch fitted immediately from me and helped AA guy get the space saver away
The service was great and at least did not waste my whole day only 2.5 hours late for my presentation but at least I go there thanks to Scott prioritising for me
Good tyre at a good price and yep still cannot get quicker than a Kwick Fit Fitter

Arrived first thing with a v flat tyre,Sean dealt with it quickly and efficiently and was able to complete the job then and there. Drove away just about an hour later one happy customer.

I rang to enquire if a problem with my car could be checked. I was given a same day appointment and the issue was identified, replacement part ordered and the car was fixed on the same day.

Yesterday I got stuck an hour away from home with a flat tire. After managing to pump it up and getting to Kwik Fit Hexham - Haugh Lane Industrial Estate minutes before it closed I was so lucky that Scott stayed open way past closing time to not only fix my flat tire but also fix another tire and the alignment. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him! He went more than above and beyond and I'm so grateful! Highly recommend how kind and knowledgable he is. Will be raving about this Kwikfit for weeks to come!

I find the staff and service very good here. I have recently moved back to the area and need a company that I can rely on for servicing my car. I used Kwik Fit at my previous location so I was pleased the level of service was at least the same. To be fair, so far it has been a little better at Hexham.
