A delivery driver arrived in my street and started off loading just before I needed to leave for an appointment. When he eventually caught my eye I mouthed how long because if he was only going to be a few minutes I could have waited. He approached my car and told me to have less attitude as he could take as long as he wanted and would make me wait. I don?t think asking how long is attitude but he did move for me but I could tell it was done reluctantly.I would like to add that JT Dove have looked into my complaint and have kept me informed throughout and the driver has been spoken to about customer care. Thank you for following this through.

My elderly parents are exploring options for a new block paved driveway. We visited the Hexham store on Thursday 24th June. My mam had a number of questions she wanted to ask. She spoke to Mark I the store and he was excellent. He answered all of her questions fully and also provided some useful information on options with regard to sealing technology for block paving. Mark was very helpful and this has helped my folks in their decision making process. Thank you to Mark and the team at Dove Hexham providing excellent customer service. ?
