We were away on our travels and in the Hexham area. We heard a metallic rattling noise under our corsa and drove into HENSHAWS GARAGE unannounced to see if they could help, they were very helpful and found the potentially serious problem right away (a Snapped suspension coil spring) and made it safe for us. Immediately booking us in for a replacement within a day or two. It was completed well within the time said and was a great price.Simon and the Team are very friendly and approachable with lots of knowledge and display genuine care for what they do.

Simon was amazing when I broke down on the A69. I was traveling with elderly parents to preston. Simon was really thoughtful and he fixed the problem with the car, quickly, even though he was very busy.Thanks!!

Can?t thank Simon enough! Stranded (and abandoned by my breakdown company after waiting 2.5 hours for them) in a remote beauty spot car park with a flat tyre, a flat spare and dusk rapidly approaching. Simon was with me within 30 minutes, took both tyres away, fixed them, brought them back, refit one and got me mobile. All done and dusted in just over an hour. Thank you thank you thank you!
