“I was struggling to find a plumbing fitting to put a counter top dishwasher on a tap. The member of staff was extremely helpful, figuring out what we needed, even though it was a bit tricky. They got three or four fittings to try, till we got the right one. They even made sure to give me the receipt in case it turned out wrong when I got home. I spent a total of £1.67, felt like I was treated the same way as someone spending £167. It was right! And I now have a working dishwasher!”
