“This time last year my middle aged body was weak and injury ridden. I had chronic shoulder pain which 3 consultants and 5 physios were unable to help me with.
In March I spoke with Eddy at length about my injuries and the aims and objectives I wanted to achieve through training with him. I wanted to be stronger, fitter and faster and hedge better mobility in my joints.
