Delightful venue with a beautiful riverside beer garden and well-appointed restaurant. Courteous and helpful staff. Popular with wall-walkers whether for quick refreshment or an overnight stay.

Excellent location for Hadrian's Wall. Rooms getting a bit tired. Very popular with people walking the wall. At times, such as breakfast, more staff would improve the experience.
