I went to this lovely shop yesterday to buy a Black Friday deal Pandora bracelet. Wanted to avoid the queues at metro centre, what a great decision. There was sooo much choice. But more importantly what amazing service I had from the lady, sorry I didn?t get your name. Unbelievably helpful, informative and friendly. Amazing customer service.
