I've been dealing with Amber for many years now and she has always tolerated my debilitating technological retardation with good grace so I applaud her for that .Having some sort of mobile phone is unfortunately a prerequisite for my online business and to be honest I'd be happy if a solar flare deleted the last 100 years of online 'progress' but the painless way my accounts were set up for myself and family is something to celebrate, hence the 5 stars.

Amber is amazing, sorted a new phone and a new contract which saved me loads!! And after leaving all happy she phoned me to make sure I had transferred WhatsApp ok! Brilliant . The definition of customer service

Stop ringing us and trying to scam us. 20 phone calls a day asking me if I want a iPhone on contract. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IF IT WAS THE LAST ONE ON EARTH SCAM ARTISTS asking for my card details never even heard of the company till now. Is this what you do to all other people cold call them and harass them till they say yes you should be ashamed.

First class service from Harriot and Amber. My phone old and as a clueless customer I had excellent service from a compassionate member of staff (Harriot) who got me a second hand phone and all the extras for a super price and downloaded all my data and patiently went through everything. Thanks once again, I am delighted with my phone and the service.

Absolutely terrible, my credit rating was good, still refused contract.They took £85 from my bank its been 8 days of trying to get refund and they've just informed me it'll be another 30 days!!!
