Fantastic service-emailed re:postponed holiday response within 2 days explaining the possibilities!
Today I was notified that my holiday was to be cancelled via a jet2 announcement and within 3 hours had a call from Dawson?s to discuss the next steps and our options!!thanks you for delivering a great service in these difficult times it can?t be easy for you.
Just hoping the refund service is as promised!
