I would give higher rating but for 2 things
1 Nothing being done about all the students taking up seats working on their laptops especially in Jesmond and opposite civic centre cafe nero branch
They really need moving on . It's the amount of them that is irritating.Ive counted at least 12 in Jesmond.
It's like sitting in a classroom

Cleaning could be alot better and in gosforth smelly toilet.
Possibly the staff have to do it and don't have time to do it throughly

Had a lovely meal here today. Gluten free Chilli. Food was hot and served quickly. Very friendly staff too. No complaints.
Dietary restrictions: Staff member bought my Gluten Free menu over and my dish was served to me by the manager.
Wheelchair accessibility: Staff were super helpful, moving chairs to accommodate my Wheelchair and offered to higher the table for me too.
