Saw a car online up in Scotland so went to see Simon at Hexham, the car was brought down serviced and valeted and ready to pick up within a week, brilliant car and brilliant service from Vertu Hexham as always, think this is car number 6 from them.

Our experience with Vertu Vauxhall in Hexham was first class. We have just brought home our car and we thought Dan Day who guided us through every different aspect from sourcing a vehicle that was right for us, right through to collection was first rate. Everyone was extremely courteous and didn't pressure us into any quick decisions instead everything was explained in detail and in a transparent way with no hidden costs. Well done to the whole team as you definitely took the stress out of buying a car. As another plus point the establishment was dog friendly if you need to take your pooch along!!

Recently purchased a second hand car from Vertu, we found all the staff very helpful and especially Simon who looked after us throu the sale and test drive.
Took out the extended warranty on the vehicle and service plan fo extra piece of mind. Feel confident that they will be on hand if any problems arise in the future.
Would highly recommend this garage.

Really pleased with the throughly professional service I received from Emilian in regards to purchasing my used Vehicle. After enquiring Emilian sent me a personalised video detailing the car and covering every aspect. During the sales process he kept me informed about everything and sent me a further video before the car was about to be delivered to me. He was always on hand to answer my questions in a very polite manner. Thank you Emilian for making the process simple and I?m so glad I purchased from Vertu Hexham. Thanks also to the logistics guy who delivered the vehicle who was very professional and very well mannered.

Bought an electric car from Daniel Day last week, great service from a very honest salesman, he did everything he could to make sure I had everything the way I wanted it and made the process as simple and easy as possible. Couldn?t recommend his service better!! My car was delivered within a couple of days and was exactly what I expected. I was in the process of changing my job which meant I needed a car quite quickly. I have a young family so I wanted something that would be safe and spacious, but nippy
enough to provide comfort while I?m driving around for work. I saw a motor online and decided to put in an enquiry, Daniel got back to me within minutes and was nothing but helpful from start to finish. I didn?t have the best credit after starting my family but he was helpful and did whatever he could do. He made the process seamless, no nonsense which is what I respected. I?ve had my 67 reg mokka X for a few weeks now and I love it.
Top quality dude that Dan is! I live a million miles away from the garage but I?d use them again in future! Well done guys!

We saw the car online and contacted Vertu Hexham. Our enquiry was dealt with by Emilian. We are based in Scotland but, as it was a distance purchase, he did a video walk-round of the car showing us inside and out. He then arranged a call to answer any further questions we had after seeing the video. We were extremely happy with the service and went ahead with the purchase. The transaction was completed online and we travelled to Hexham 3 days later where Emilian greeted us at the showroom. He had all the paperwork ready, showed us around the car in person, and we drove it off that day. Emilian's attention to detail was first class and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or buy from him again. Although we were a hundred miles away, it was a very easy online buying experience. They even filled it up with petrol for us on receipt of the petrol money so we had plenty to get us home.
They also impressed me with the best piece of marketing i've seen: a free trolley token with their logo on it that came with the set of car keys(!)
