“I cannot for the life of me understand why this excellent bank has one 3 star and two 1 star reviews. I strongly disagree, as I have found it to be the best bank I've come across. I've met all the staff in the last 9 years and liked every one of them. They are very friendly and helpful, with good sparky personalities. They've helped me with everything I've needed, and done all I've ever asked of them. This is a well run bank with excellent staff, every one of them. They serve you well and with a smile and I always enjoy going in and seeing them.”

“No longer is it Hexham's only petrol station but it's lack of 24-7 opening to compete with the new BP station isn't ideal. However it has a permanent ace up its sleeve for local resident in the way of a money off coupon. For local residents we are able to gain from 1 - 5 P per litre. And considering the prices between the BP and the shell garage are the same most days this ensures active customers returning. Where as he BP garage only has nector card collection and its ability to be open 24-7.”
