Spent a couple of hours on tje decking overlooking the River South Tyne - beautiful views over the river - beer selection was ok and reasonable prices - I didn't see rooms or food - bars were clean- a lively evening atmosphere

Stayed for a few nights. Owner really needs to put sone money into this hotel. Was put into room 4 which was okay until you slept in the bed! Saggy mattress and so noisy when you turned over! Moved to room 7 next morning which had a lovely comfortable bed but the shower!! Really needs a new one, shower itself was fine... read full comment
