What a find, an absolute hidden gem of a pub. We were staying for a couple nights at the Camping & Caravan Site about 25 mins walk away, a lovely woodland walk with the dogs to find this great pub. Camping locally, our best friends had recommended this lovely country pub, as they always walk there when they visit this area. Walked to pub along Cycle Route 68. Lovely pub in a great setting. Made very welcome by the chap behind the bar, who pointed out that it was “Cash Only” (There is a sign on the bar). No issues... read full comment
