I have had the pleasure of visiting Stephensons Car Garage for some repairs and maintenance on my vehicle a few times now. I have always been greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff that have made me feel welcome and confident in their abilities.First and foremost, the expertise and skill displayed by the mechanics is exceptional every time. They have diagnosed and resolved the issues with my car promptly and efficiently, providing detailed explanations of the necessary repairs along the way.Moreover, the level of customer service I have received has been outstanding. The staff go above and beyond. I truly feel like a valued customer.Overall, my experience was exceptional. The combination of their expert mechanics, outstanding customer service, commitment to quality, and fair pricing make them a standout car garage in the area. Whilst on the 1st day of our holiday my Audi TTS hit several potholes and 'obliterated' my driver's rear spring. Rang them up explaining how desperate I was to get a repair to avoid it ruining our hols. Within 24 hours both my rear springs were replaced and I was back on the road! Can't recommend them enough. Was a fair price as well. Thanks again to everyone working there :)

MASSIVE help from this fantastic team whilst here on holiday, i had a problem with my car , such speedy outstanding service, problem solved in whirlwind time, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Good old-fashioned customer service . Excellent work, David and your team . Very reasonable cost for such good service

Our car became unsafe while driving on the dual carriageway from Scotland. This was the closest garage and thank goodness it was. With only 30mins left before closing, they couldn?t have been more helpful. It was cold and dark, we had are three children with us and we were made to feel at home. My kids were given hot chocolate and us, tea and biscuits. My car was looked at immediately and the cause diagnosed quickly. Couldn?t be more grateful for the service provided. Terrible customer service, I would not recommend this garage to anyone what a total waste of time the customer service is terrible. I used this garage due too the fact that they had extremely good reviews big mistake do not use this garage!.

The clutch on my elderly Focus started slipping whilst on holiday in Northumberland. David Stephenson and his staff fitted a new clutch in record time so I was able to get the family home safely. Thank you !

They repair your car quickly for a fair price.Friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I have used the garage 3 or 4 times now. I even dropped in on the off chance and they were happy to stop what they were doing and have a quick look at my car.
