First encountered Rory when he helped us identify a (harmless) insect. He did this free of charge, so when we had a mouse we called him in. He was quick to respond and, over the three visits, has solved our problem. Rory is always pleasant and polite, and very knowledgeable. We'd recommend him.

Had a moleIn the garden who was tunnelling for England! NCP were excellent. Arrived the next day on time. Knew exactly what to do and caught the mole within 24 hours. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.

Top notch, responded quickly when we found a nest under the floor of our living room through an air brick. Rory considered our environment and dogs in his assessment of the best treatment. When we noticed the next day that the treatment wasn't successful came straight back and used a different insecticide at no extra cost to us.
