Staff friendly, food abysmal. Tried to overcharge for wine. No ketchup... easier just to avoid 1 star for the food was generous

Really poor experience here at weekend. The food was at best underwhelming and at worst poor quality/ awful. The wrong food was delivered to me and my partners food was delivered cold.
