Cracking little cafe exactly what you expect it's not exactly Michelin star food but it's pretty good & to be able to go feed the family and watch some planes taking off and landing is lovely & staff are welcoming and attentive - venue is nipping clean ? kids and us had a brilliant time watching the little planes - we enjoyed our food and enjoyed the trip out ??

I would like to thank Becky loads for taking on my very first flight even though they were busy she still managed to fit me in. It was our very first time at Eshott and I would definitely go again even if it's just for a coffee. Well worth a visit.

ABSOLUTE GEM. Very convenient location, just off the A1. AMAZING location being on an airfield. Yes an actual, active airfield where the planes come in and out. Views for miles.
Warm welcome from the staff, very accommodating. You can tell their first priority is your happiness and it comes through in spades in the service and quality of food. A MAY ZING FOOD!!!! simple. Ate our dinner on the outdoor tables rite on the edge of the airfield. Very reasonable price aswell. 4 adults and a bairn ate and drank for £45.
I can't praise this place enough. Every box ticked. You must try it.

Hidden Gem on the A1 ??????????
Absolutely delighted to have discovered such a fantastic coffee spot and eatery on the (lacking in services) A1! This place has everything and is the perfect stop off for long journeys (Fife to Carlton). Aside from free parking and lovely decor, the owners let me plug in my breast pump and heated up my babies' puree, offered help and generally made me feel so comfortable breastfeeding (even carried the pram up steps!). I had a tasty jacket potato and delicious homemade coleslaw and cake, and the coffee was great quality. Even the (outdoor) toilets were clean and well-kept. I have added this spot to my favourites and would highly recommend to anyone travelling on the A1. Who knew an airfield would have such an excellent offering!
