Outstanding service from a team member named Lauren ! Thank you so much, Lauren went above and beyond for us, taking time to find a giant rainbow lollipop for my son when he was disappointed that they had sold out. Lauren was amazing, messaging to source one and have it delivered ? , all the food we have ate here has been fantastic, and a brilliant atmosphere at bingo! Massive thank you to all staff it is definitely worth a visit ???

Friendly staff, huge deliecious dinner, had entertainment on during the night. 100% recommend ! Dogs and kid friendly.

Staff were fantastic, really lovely and welcoming, had great interactions with the kids. Lovely setting, downstairs play room kept the kids entertained whilst we waited for food, although wasn?t a long wait at all. Food was brill and so was the atmosphere

We are currently staying in the site and went in for the bingo and some food, food was nice and came pretty quick, Bingo was good and very fun ! Downstairs there?s an amazing games room with Pool,Darts,2P machines and lots more couldn?t recommend more !

new managment the week we arrived. we had dinner twice and breakfast twice and food and service was spot all times. had the gammon and steak pie first night was really good quality ingredients and well presented. thursday night was italian and we had carbonara and pizza. both were really good again.
staff were always pleasent and friendly and well presented. made u feel welcome. nice wee play area downstairs and some arcade games and pool tables air hockey ect
if you are in the caravan park do yourself a favour and go and try the crazy horse.

We had an absolutely amazing evening! The staff were lovely & allowed us to have a 21st birthday party (30 guest) very short notice. They had great food for everyone and even had a fab live singer! We can?t thank them enough ??

I have decided not to return to The Crazy Horse. My Mam and I have been renting several lodges in the park since last year, and we have always had a fantastic experience at The Crazy Horse. However, during our recent visit with our one-year-old Staffy, we observed a decline in the quality of service. We were disappointed that the business now only accepts card payments, which will inconvenience cash buyers. Additionally, despite our requests, the bar staff neglected to clean our table before serving our food, which was unacceptable. When my Mam requested the table to be cleaned, the young, blonde-haired barmaid displayed a negative attitude, which was unprofessional. It is essential for individuals working in hospitality to demonstrate good customer service skills. Engaging in arguments with customers and displaying a poor attitude does not align with professional standards.
The bingo caller delivered the numbers rapidly, and the microphone was constantly screeching. In addition, the DJ played new monkey music and allowed a customer to MC, resulting in excessive noise that could be heard from the lodge I had rented. The choice of music and volume will inadvertently attract an undesirable clientele to this otherwise exceptional holiday park. While I love Felmoor Park, my experience at The Crazy Horse was less favourable.

Extremely poor, menu on an A4 piece of paper with very poor choices especially as both the hot beef and the steak pie off. I had pre booked a table for 6 but people were sitting on our table already even though there was a reserved sign on it, the waitress just picked up the reserved sign and stuck us on a table where two doors were in constant use. The bar service was atrocious either being ignored or to busy talking to regulars. New visitors be aware !

Called Thursday evening to eat and found it was Italian night with a different menu. Not much choice but ordered pizza which was very poor. Not much topping. Left most of it. Last time we'll eat there
