Went in aintree day 1 staff a woman was just giggling on behind the shop counter i asked to see someone for advice nobody came out to talk to me about my query I wrote out my bets as I preferredto put on plain separate sheets slips £40 bets went to counter lad took them off me and said im writing these different got papers and a pen i said its took me ages write them no I want them put on that way I said just give me them back and i left he did I got no bets on because of him I had to travel to shop nearer newcastle put them on good job I got them on or I would have kicked off

24/12/2021 woman who was working this place absolutely racist disgusting customer services I tried with draw my winning she said I don?t know you l cannot give to you money l never seen you here before I showed her bet slips l made same shop yesterday and she go we don?t have money at the moment can you go withdraw different shop but l already scanned my winning bets and get my voicer I went different William hill shop but they said you cannot collect money here you should go to which shop you scanned your voicer anyway This woman who was working there between 12:00 am 13:00 pm she was racist very nasty for me I never ever go to this place again never no way Very nasty
