Great little pharmacy, very helpful. The lady on the tills yesterday was the happiest friendliest pharmacy assistant I've ever met. Will definitely use again if in the area. A refreshing change.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way I've just been treat.
The pharmacy at Cramlington didn't give my partner all of my medication so I phoned them to be told "we can sort enough out for me and to come straight along for them"
I did that and when I got here was told through the shutters that they were closed!
I have a herniated disc and getting an operation in 5 days, the medication is for depression, anxiety and pain and the staff just kept saying we're closed!
He stood arguing for longer than it would have took to give me my medication "THAT THEY TOLD ME TO COME ALONG FOR AND ALSO THE SAME MEDICATION THAT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME HALF AN HOUR EARLIER.
There have been many times my prescriptions have been messed up and or not processed.
Absolute incompetence and Sainsbury pharmacy should never had been closed down!
Editted Dec 24, because I think it's fair to be accurate, The pharmacy has improved a lot in the last 6 month's and the staff are very nice.

long wait in queues, only have one person on till doing everything. Told to come back in half an hour then told they didn't stock that item. Waste of time.

Slow, big queues and I have to go for days before it?s actually ready. Just say it?s not ready and that they?ll text me when it is but never do. Takes me up to 2 weeks to get a prescription and now I have decided to change pharmacy?s because this is the worst I have ever been to.

Had text repeat prescription to be picked up when I got there they said there wasn't any in so they obviously gave my medication to someone else now no medication all weeksHopeless !!!!!!!

Since Lloyds in Sainsbury's is closing everyone is changing over to well so it's been really busy for them, which is understandable. Very friendly staff. My only problem is I've been waiting two weeks for an IUD. Ordered two weeks ago on Friday when I was told "it will be ready some time next week". I went on the next Friday and was told they didn't have it, wasn't told when to expect it in. Went the following Thursday and got told they'd have it by the next morning since they hadn't processed the order yet, but they did have it. Went on the Friday (yesterday) and was told they hadn't processed it and I could come in today to pick it up after 12:30. So today I checked the opening times. They close at 1pm. So yeah, of they have it by Monday (the next time they're open apparently) that will only be 17 days I've been waiting for an IUD. Thankfully it's not something I'll die without, but it does mean by the time I schedule an appointment at a clinic and the iud actually kicks in it'll be January. This kind of thing will be unavoidable with a sudden increase in traffic, so as long as you order your meds 2 weeks ish before you run out it's honestly a nice experience. Again, very friendly staff.

Great service yes they do seem to chat a lot but that?s wat happens wen u get all female staff, but doesn?t affect the hard work they do , of course it can be busy it?s a chemist shop , very friendly staff .

Very poor service in my opinion. Currently housebound with a chest infection and prescribed antibiotics which were never delivered. When I sent a family member to pick up prescription, they were told I was not on the list for delivery.. strange then that they delivered an inhaler to me earlier in the same week..

They are always bays behind with the prescription in today the queuewas out the door and if the 2 ladies in the back stopped talking all the time I was in the queue they may have got some work done and customers served faster you have to remember when it's open plan we can see and hear everything
