I visit here frequently, either alone or with my grandsons. Very local to surrounding villages, free parking and loads of places to eat afterwards. Even a wetherspoons 5 minutes up the road. I was looking at tickets for the Metro centre and they wanted £25; I don't think so bruv. Stick with the Vue. Oh there are also private disabled areas if available. Just ask.

absolutely freezing people sitting with full outdoor attire on attempting to keep warm . Elderly couple behind me actually shivering. Shame on you Vue Cinema Cramlington. In temperatures of less than 5 degrees customers should not have to request that the heating be put on

5 stars on price and 1 star on seats being horrendously uncomfortable. With a lot good films these days being north of 2 hrs, expect a sore back and or bottom.

At the Vue Cinema in Cramlington, the experience begins the moment you step through its doors. The vast, welcoming facade hides a world where the mundane transforms into the sublime. Inside, the air carries the familiar, comforting scent of popcorn, a timeless staple of cinematic outings. It's these small, ordinary details that intertwine, creating a tapestry rich with human experience. The auditoriums, with their expansive screens, envelop you into their realm. Each seat, a solitary island, yet part of a greater archipelago of viewers, offers a unique vantage point not just to the film but to one's inner thoughts. As the lights dim, a hush falls, and the screen comes to life, there's a suspension of reality, a moment where time stands still. Here, in the darkness, surrounded by strangers, there's a profound sense of connection. The stories unfold on the screen, but it's more than just images and sounds. It's a reflection of life itself, each scene a mirror to some fragment of our own existence. The laughter, the tears, the gasps of surprise from the audience, all resonate with a shared humanity.Leaving the cinema, the world outside seems momentarily distant, as if the film has left a layer over reality. In these moments, walking out into the night, the echoes of the film still lingering, there's a recognition of the beauty in the ordinary, the extraordinary nature of our everyday lives. The Vue Cinema offers more than just a viewing experience; it offers a journey into ourselves.

Good prices but hugely understaffed and unsupervised. Lots of big queues with frustrated consumers

Refused entry into a 18 film with my nephew who is nearly 16 yet was allowed in just a few weeks before with an adult to watch an 18 movie with an adult also. Shouldn?t all staff be adhering to the same rules or is it just if that ?face fits??

I accidentally booked up to Vue Gateshead, thinking it was Cramlington. The girl at the front said I could apply for a refund. But upon trying, it pretty much said the only way I'd get a refund, would be if they'd cancelled a showing. 100% my fault....but why lie?
