Pretty poor service and unable to use common sense and do simple tasks. Quick to take your money but very slow to provide customer service if you have a problem.

Had a problem changing my sim only contract, phoned store 3 times and told they'd sort it, after nearly 2 weeks went back to the shop and spoke to a very helpful lady who told me to do the opposite of what the original girl told me to do( which worked). Complete scammers. Don't buy from this store. Upsell un-needed products and lock you into 24 month contracts. My partners dad was miss sold a phone and ripped off for a new contract. When he received the wrong coloured phone and went to return it we were told he must have lied about asking for the colour from the idiot... read full comment
