Staff take forever to come to the till when it is clear there is a queue. The way some of the staff look at you is rude, as if you're dirt on the bottom of their shoe! Always Miserable, definitely prefer Blyth to this one.

Nice cheap shop one the best in crammlington Nice staff ! Nice quality stuff they sell ! Good prices aswell ! I recommend u go there u can get a bargain or 2 ! Fantastic shop !

Ordered some lockdown books online. When they didn't arrive rang up. My call was dealt with by a very polite assistant who apologised and ensured the order was delivered in less than 24 hours.After my initial disappointment I am delighted by the return to The Works' usual hyper efficient service.
