The place is well maintained and in a good location. Unfortunately on every occasion we’ve been there the service has been terrible. Without a doubt the worst customer service of any Wetherspoons we’ve ever been in.

Worst Wetherspoons we’ve ever been to. Waited 30 mins for food, for it to come out stone cold and completely wrong. The pub itself was freezing, with staff walking in and out with the door wide open and customers wearing their coats. Not sure why so many delays considering the amount of staff walking about being immature... read full comment

Really nice visit to the new moor farm. Good pub food, good drinks, cheap. The Wetherspoons experience I expected. Yes the staff are a little unsure on what to click on the tills but it’s new, that’s to be expected. All the staff were lovely! Will be back as I only live up the road
