First and last time in the place. Order via terminals that take longer to do than just letting them know what you want on your sandwich. Took about 10 minutes for the order to be completed even though the place wasn?t busy. The self serve terminal didn?t print our receipt out. Told the girl behind the counter and all she said was ? yeah is broke ? maybe a sign saying it?s not working or turn it off might be a better option. Place was grubby and no sign of anyone cleaning. Sandwich looks like it had just been smashed into a wall .. not very good

Since the new self serve machines have been installed the service has become atrocious. Absolutely zero customer service and really it?s a disgrace that you have to serve yourself with no benefit other than cost savings to the shop.
I can only imagine how bad this will be when the store is busy, given the server is closing my order before it?s complete I doubt any time to order indicators will be anywhere near correct.

All orders made by a computer no customer service and can't even make your own sandwich any more or see the food be prepared won't b using subway anymore what a let down

A sandwich deli where you don't even order your food from the counter any more. Order from a screen, can't see food being made, staff don't bother to help when machine beeps for errors. Veggies now charged for double cheese. Expensive sub par food. Won't be back.

Absolutely terrible. Walked in and waited over 10 mins for any kind if acknowledgement. The lad cleaning was rude, ignoring us entirely. Lad on the counter was fulfilling a just eat order, that's understandable but a simple "ill be with you in a minute" or "hello" would go a long way.
When we were finally about to be severed by the cleaning lad someone from the back called him off serving to do something else, at this point we walked out.
Wont be going back.

The staff member was efficient and helpful, as I needed some advice regarding using my loyalty points . The atmosphere in the shop was fine for one customer (me) and the two staff members.Parking: The shop is situated adjacent to a huge, free car park, which does get busy, but spaces can usually easily be found.

Went in 10.20 this morning server prepong bread for cooker were standing and standing no signs of life a couriers comes in he them unloads 6 trays of bread from cooker looks at us and says just sorting bread goes and gives order for collection to driver looks us up and down and goes back to doorway and continues on with bread wish I had a business where I could allow 25 pound to walk out the door shocking won't ever return worst branch ever

Nice food, but 3 people serving and 1 didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing, and took an age to do anything....totally wrong attitude and I even wondered if he was stoned, or forced to be there! The other 2 were running about trying their best and can only be praised. Took over 25 minutes to eventually get served....I wont be back.

Went to Subway in Cramlington for the 'footlong for 4.99' offer last week but the server had not heard of it, even though Cramlington is on the list of participating stores of Subway. Still waiting for Subway to get back to me after l complained to their main office.
