Never seems that be enough staff. It's in a prime location where footfall is big so lots of customers. Shelves look half full most of time and waiting time for pets/fish is long unless you go during the day. I tend not to go

Had a wonderful experience yesterday in store, the ?old lady? went above and beyond to help me with my vouchers on my app and helped me with any questions I had about products in store, apologies for using the same term as the person below. It saddens me that some people will go out of their way to try and make people feel bad, calling someone ?hopeless? at their job just to try and make themselves feel better. Well done ?old lady? keep being your brilliant self!!

Expensive shop, but have a good offer on at the moment 3 for 2 on almost everything. The old lady on staff is unfortunately hopeless, she always tries but has no idea of the offers on in the store.

Brilliant staff, was helped by a gentleman named Shaun, help pick out the right size frozen food for my reptile, also gave great advice for getting a syrian hamster, knew the min size requirements, and the correct products

I go in for either snake and/or dog stuff. I've recently noticed how much extra natural dog treats they have and my dog is loving the variety. My kids generally gravitate towards the adoption area and fall in love. It's great that a store has an adoption area.
