My phone has a fault went to 02 shop today 2 staff on one had customer that went through loads of prices and came out saying it was 2 expensive the other member of staff sat and discussed local curry houses and what he had on Saturday night still in there not one problem solved stood for 30 min eventually my turn l was in to upgrade my phone told l would have to go on appt list at least 1 hour wait as l don't live in the area l would have to come back l have been an 02 customer.er for years totally disgusted with the service no such thing as walk in any more why even have the shop open .

Had a number transfer issue from sim only to contract phone both with o2. Spent several hours over 2 months on calls and talking to robots. Decided to go to shop (not our local as closest are closed) From the outset, the guy at the desk did not listen and kept jumping in.
He said in his 17 years that it has not and could not be done? He made no attempt to pull my account up, listen to the details or even check the status, he was obviously wanting a sale rather than an account issue! I will never be back to this shop and hope no one else requires his help as they will be sorely disappointed to!
Went outside to try calling o2 again and luckily the adviser had it all sorted in 17minutes!

I have just visited the Cramlington store this afternoon with my elderly Mother to try and buy her a new phone and change from a pay as you go to sim only contract. Callum went above and beyond to help us and we have come away with a fantastic deal. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him. I am also an O2 customer and because of the brilliant experience today, will definitely be using this store from now on. Thank you Callum.

Went to O2 on the 5th May. Was sat down by Kirsty, absolutely amazing person who helped me and my mum purchase 2 new phones (Samsung S25 + iPhone 15), while saving us an amazing £6 a month! Kirsty was extremely nice and personable person, while also being extremely professional. Overall, the O2 shop in Cramlington was very nice and clean, with absolutely amazing staff. Thank you O2 and Kirsty!!

We were served by Callum this morning. My husband is autistic and Callum went above and beyond, calm, supportive, took his time to go through things thoroughly and making sure everything was understood and set up for him, got him the best deal, empathetic he brightened our day with his outstanding support.
His customer service was impeccable and he must be a valued member of your team.

Went in recently and Luke went above and beyond to help me . I thought I had lost sentimental videos photos off my phone and Luke managed to retrieve it all .

I am a recovering cancer patient and since I rely on my phone for last minute checks and appointments I decided I needed a more up to date model so I visited this store and they were all too quick to talk me into the galaxy flip 6 so I signed up not knowing that 20 odd days down the line the phone would fail and both the O2 call centres and this store are absolutely disgusting!! So now I pay £46 a month for a phone I no longer have since they took it from me and haven't replaced it.
I now have 28 days worth of texts saying my replacement is on its way yet never turns up and nobody from O2 knows of its whereabouts??
I have missed 2 appointments at NCCC thanks to these cowboys.
And don't believe the cooling off period rubbish as my phone failed within that period.
Little did I know that over 50% of samsung flip phones screens fail yet they'll still sell them.
O2 is a nightmare when this ordeal is over I will never sign another scaming contract with them again.

we were originally on O2 Business plan , contract ended , and wanted to switch to standard consumer plan ? what a nightmare, but Gary in the shop sorted the whole thing , rang Timbuktu and spoke to them for us ..
All sorted 2 new phones and a cheaper plan ..

Looking for a new phone I visited O2 Cramlington. Excellent experience from start to finish, including swapping my info from the old phone to the new, and seeking a reasonable monthly tariff. Highly recommend this no nonsense outlet.
