Not sure what the problem is with some of the staff here but they need to sort their attitudes out.
Partner got a notification that a parcel she had ordered had arrived at the shop, she went to get it only to be told that they havent been scanned in yet and wouldnt be getting scanned in till this afternoon even though she told them she needed it there and then.
What is the problem? If parcels have come in then scan them in. Its your job to provide good customer service not force people to come for their parcel when its good for you.
The shop wasnt busy and there was two people on. Cant see why one of the staff wouldnt just go scan the parcel in. I work in retail that also deals with click and collect parcels and you scan the parcels in as soon as they come in store so the customer can pick it up on the day and time they have been told. Its called providing good customer service ????.
If they dont want to do their job why are they working there? I could understand if it was a big supermarket but its literally a tiny corner shop.

Please always check how much you are being charged and get a receipt, as a member of staff is over charging purposefully.
