Use Next a lot, never had an issue before however looked to returning a pair of shoes I had just bought for my 13 month old daughter. If I could give 0 stars I would, 1 of the staff didn’t get her name blonde disgusting stubborn attitude should definitely not have a job there. Other staff at check out didn’t have a clue what she was talking about . Never seen staff like it such a disgrace. 13/10/2023 - 14:00
