Not acceptable cleaning the grill and then putting the tool on the floor?. You expect your customers to eat off this grill? Asked the person in charge if this was normal practice to be told I don?t know I?m just covering but I?ll have a word! Make you own mind up folks. This is NOT good enough!

Easy to order via the website (I don't have the app but it's also an option) and service was quick. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Pretty quiet on my visit. Fairly limited beer selection available but you don't go to Nandos for the beer. The beer geek in me would like a slightly better craft offering...

First time at the Cramlington Nando?s and would highly recommend. Food was delicious and all piping hot. Customer service was brilliant! Thank you - it was a birthday meal and it was delicious for us all. Family of five.
Kid-friendliness: Excellent accommodation for children and was there for my Son?s 15th birthday. The staff were super attentive and wished him an happy birthday on the way out.

Preparation of the food was poor and lazy.
