Order 3 Philly cheese stack meals and 2 duo classic meals and a happy meal. Only recieved a happy meal and the drinks from the meal. Very disappointed with this order and when I have tried to get in contact using the chat they haven?t replied.

Come on McDonald's Cramlington, why have you changed the classic cheeseburger?
It used to be patty, cheese, ketchup, mustard and onions on the top.
I received today patty with 3 small pieces of opinion on tbe bottom, then cheese, ketchup and a small amount of mustard.....onions make the cheeseburger.
Don't change the classic......do better

Paid over £20 for a delivery from cramlington McDonald?s today 12/01/2025. We were delivered one drink and a carton of cold chips. No one is answering the phone at the cowboys business. We rang 36 times no one answered. RIP off Britain at its finest.

First time I've used this McDonald's. And all the food is the same at all outlets, right? Nope. Chicken nuggets were all weird and stuck together in the box. Burger was ok, but looked like it was put together with a catapult.. sub par really.
Place was crazy busy but there were plenty staff, and wait wasn't too bad. The poor food overshadowed the speediness tho, after all, it's the reason you go.. well, I won't be revising...

I am a frequent visitor of McDonald's as I go almost daily unless I fancy something different. No, not because I am a fat, greedy man but because I am disabled & can not cook for myself.
Trouble is, countless times I have had to get out of my car, which is a mission of its own due to all the things I have to do that most people who are able bodied take for granted, I can't tell you how many times my order has been wrong or something is missing so I must go into the 'restaurant' to rectify this mistake(s) also the amount of times I have been to the Byker branch in Newcastle Upon Tyne & the Milkshakes or anything else made by those machines being unavailable.
They claim the " Machine is not working " yet I have been told by several ex & current employees that it is due to people not wanting to clean the machines, as it takes a long time & more effort than they can muster. So if they are really broken that many times, WOW McDonald's really needs to go to a different manufacturer for their machines, you are losing £MILLIONS.
If it's the latter, then again, you are losing £MILLIONS & paying those who are costing you millions. I don't know which one it is, but if I was CEO, etc, I'd sure want to rectify this immediately.
Oh & why are the Fries always enimic?
In the pictures, they look hot, crispy & and golden, but when I get them, they're Floppy, almost white & look warm.
They never look like they do in the pictures. Nothing does to be fair, but they still taste good, unlike the Fries.
I understand there will be those thinking why eat here then, If I had the choice, I would cook for myself but am unable to, that's why.
The staff always sort my order once I go into the place, but my issue is, it takes far more for me to do that than the average person, & it's always that particular branch.
One main issue I'd like fixed is that Shake Machine issue & maybe extra training on reading the screen & putting what it says in the relevant bags.
I don't know if it is harder than it sounds, I have never worked back there, but it sounds simple enough, I don't know.
