Absolutely awful... ordered online, they took my money then cancelled my order with no reason given then sent an email to say i will get a refund in 5 days.. WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND AGAIN !!!

Called in here after my wife had ordered the week before and said her food was lovely, I waited quite a while for a very simple order, the real down side is the staff and their attitude, the more mature female servers have zero customer service skills! Shame because the food was actually good!

Must say I have put a bad review on this take away before but since getting the leaflet through the door about it being under new management, they accommodate to things my kids like on their food for example they would never put cheese on his food but they did this time for an extra 2 quid I couldn't complain the food was lovely and the guy on the phone was nice do will definitely order again !!

This place is lovely a don't care what anyone says it's by for the best I have had . First time ordering tonight mixed kebab 2 chips 2 garlic two cans of pop ? me and the wife will defo be bk next week food is absolutely delicious thanks so much because we were a bit worried because we have been two places and would never go bk ... but we will definitely be back thank

Havnt eaten here for about a year after a couple bad orders I have recently spotted a post saying its under new management thought I would try it had some absolutely superb food tonight had ordered a chicken burger got a phone call saying they were out of chicken burgers and would I like to try a cheese burger was absolutely lovely pipping hot lovely hot chips garlic sauce was bang on so will defo keep using

Absolutely shocking I mean the food was nice but the customer service was a bismel we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes just to get shouted at.I would not recommend this to anyone do not come here. never again even if your next delivery place is 1 hour away it will still be better.If I could put 0 star I would.The guy told us that they were on the road twenty minutes ago when it's only 6 minutes away then told us that they were coming and had to wait 1 hour! DO NOT COME HERE EVER

Absolutely shocking customer service! I called to check on my delivery and was told it was on its way. Waited another 15 mins before phoning again despite it being only 5 mins away and was told it was just leaving the shop again! When I questioned this I was shouted at over the phone and was appalled at the way I was spoken to. Well over an hour later the food arrived. Delivery driver seemed nice and apologetic and food wasn't bad but will never order from this place again due to complete disregard of customer service.

I often order food here and it's always very nice. If you're wanting a good pizza or kebab than you should order here although you may be waiting a while as the delivery time does tend to be a long wait.

Disappointing.. they use premade bases, when you order deep pan you get a thin crust. You ask for half and half and it's too difficult or complex for them to do for under 14 inches pizzas, the prices are extremely expensive for a pizza shop and the delivery fee is daylight robbery. The new management either don't care about customers or have no idea how to run a takeaway.
