Looking for a gold chain to replace a broken one for a pendant that was given to me by the daughters of one of my best friends after she passed. Sue was so helpful and patient while I made my choice from 3 options. She was informative and able to answer the questions I asked. She offered, but didn?t push insurance and made sure I got the best cost option. Thank you Sue, it looks amazing with my pendant and has lots of show ?

Bought a gift for my friends 40th birthday today and was so happy with the fantastic savings in store on the Radley range. Ended up getting 2 items instead of only 1 since the savings were so good. Served by Sue who was lovely and such a friendly member of staff!

I visited the store today and was seen to by the lovely Christine. She was absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond! I initially needed my engagement ring resized which she advised me they could not do due to where the diamonds are placed on the ring. Christine kindly spoke to her manager to see if an exchange could be done and it was agreed! She then talked me through an insurance for the ring. All in all a brilliant service and a massive thankyou to Christine for being amazing!
