Lovely staff, but found out that staff are being forced to work on boxing day despite all shops in the mall closing to allow staff to be with their families and have a break over the holidays. I am disappointed in greggs with the decision to open on the 26th December. Staff should be at home not forced to work. Shame in greggs.

A clean, comfortable branch of Greggs, which is in the Manor Walks Shopping Centre in Cramlington. Very friendly staff, quick service, delicious food. Perfect for a stop off during an afternoons shopping.
