This review is given for the Ladies Toilet. I walked in today after leaving the Cafe to be hit by a wave of unbearable heat (no ventilation) and an appalling odour which was obviously from every loo. I could not breathe and had to make a very quick exit and use the disabled toilet. I sent my friend in to check out the Ladies and she too felt the same oppresive heat and odour. I did get a manager and she told me she could do nothing about the ventilation (hopefully she did something about the odour). Surely she could raise the subject with her Area Manager and some sort of convector ventilation could be installed. To be honest my friend and I felt she was quite disinterested.

This store looks as if it's been rejigged since my last visit. They have a good choice of household goods and the prices are reasonable. It's a shame they no longer sell pet products. They're missing a trick there in my opinion.

This is a lovely shop always loads to choose from best bedding range they have but today was a different experience for the cafe a lad who had long hair, his attitude was disgusting .shouting down the line. Has everyone got a table then looked at me and asked me and then ordered my food. He shouted again and said there?s going to be a wait while the food is cooking I look at him standing at the oven or what ever it is cooking the Toasties he is picking his nose and itching his head not the 1st time I seen this I think the lad needs a good warning about his work the way he speaks to customers

I came for a visit from Alnwick today, it was good to finally visit DM however, the store was quite cluttered; a lot of stock seemed to have been 'dumped' in places and the young lady at the checkout came across as quite careless and rude as she pointed out 'well, it would have helped if you asked for a bag at the beginning...'

Poor service at the till today around 6pm, as was waiting to be served a good while (just me in the queue), the older blonde haired lady didn?t even acknowledge me and when i announced myself she said in an none apologetic tone of voice that she was ?just doing something?, and gave me no apology for making me wait. what happened to serving costumers with proper costumer service?
