Stood in the queue for 15 minutes waiting to be served.
I was in buying £200 worth of electricals and in the market for a fridge freezer unit. I was pushed back in line for customers who were purchasing some air pods and made to wait a further 10 minutes before I decided to shop elsewhere.

I visited this store on 3.8 25. Although the carpark was busy, I judged there were more staff than customers. I had two purchases in mind, one small and the other in the high three figures. I spent some time at both displays examining the choices, but none of the staff standing within a few yards of me thought it worthwhile breaking off their conversations to offer help. Presumably tabards emblazoned with Here to help are fashion items only.
Another retailer with a better conception of customer service got my money.

The only place to find many items especially computer ware. However I was shopping for a gas cooker and items on their website were not on display. Cookers on display were not in stock.
I went to Argos online and although it was out of stock there, they got me one within 24 hours and was cheaper both list price and delivery and fitting charge.

Great service in-store today from Alex, Neil and a lady whose name I didn't catch. I had ordered a strimmer online and the guard got locked without being in properly. Alex was happy to assist with exchange but Neil was somehow able to unlock the guard that was half locked in, so I was able to leave without the hassle of returning. In addition I'm disabled and Alex kindly got me a chair to sit on whilst this was done and even carried he strimmer back out. Thank you for your kindness and help.

Asked in store for old item to be removed and recycled, the guys who came were lovely and took my old fridge freezer away but left it outside my building. I specifically asked for the item to be recycled and thought I?d paid for that service, after phoning I?ve been informed that they made a mistake and didn?t include the price of removal and nothing I can do. They knew I was disabled and was unable to get anyone to collect it and dispose of it

Myself and my partner were interested in purchasing a new tv. We were approached by Eryn. She was friendly, polite, really knew her stuff and extremely helpful! Eryn took the time to help us compare different models and guided us in selecting the perfect one for our needs. Her customer service was exceptional!! Thank you again, Eryn!

Laptops charging port was damaged and couldn't connect to charge. Sorry I didn't get the ladies' name, but a piece of charging cable had broken off and she got it out with what looked like a toothpick. Well done. Excellent customer service!

Not sure about the relevance of Currys these days I visited the Cramlington & Kingston park stores to look for a new TV. No one approached us at the first site after looking at numerous identical looking sets for half an hour. The lady at Newcastle store was friendly but more or less said all sets under £ 500 were the same and they didn't stock our preferred brand ,( Panasonic) she then tried to sell me BroadBand which I already have. Decided to go online, lots of good info on the Currys site to differentiate between models, but £35 delivery charge ridiculous in modern times.
Swapped over to John Lewis site , had the model I wanted on budget, in stock ,free delivery and £30 voucher for buying!

Just want to put out a good word for the lovely lady that helped us in store yesterday and the other week along with the young gent. Her name was Kath and she was a huge help when we got a package deal. She was patient and informative and altogether a lovely lady. Both Kath and the gentleman with her made my mum and I feel very welcome in-store and answered any questions we had. Very happy customer and the products are fantastic. ?

We went to Curry?s in Cramlington to upgrade our daughter?s mobile phone. Kimberly served us. She was absolutely brilliant, so helpful and patient. Despite there being problems with the system and the fact that we hadn?t updated our address with the service provider. She wouldn?t give up and went above and beyond to help us and ultimately make it all work. We will always use Curry?s in Cramlington because we always get great service.
But ultimately, thank you to Kimberly; she?s fabulous!

Went to curry?s cramligton operator 12 Pauline was very very helpful and made sure I was guided to the right stuff along side of helping me checkout the items very polite person to deal with
