Always great service! Unfortunately my favourite pharmacist Agata has left, but Lesley-Ann, Marie and the other staff have given me loads of help and advice over the years. My prescriptions are always prepared in good time and I am happy to return to the shop wherever I can!

Went yesterday because I was referred from another Wells Pharmacy but I was made to wait 5 minutes before being seen by an assistant who said they would go and see the pharmacist. The pharmacist refused to see me because it was NYE and she couldn?t be bothered. She then continued to have a conversation with the assistant and advised she was sick of picking up the other pharmacy?s work. She couldn?t even come and tell me herself!

Was there exactly 6 and the door was already locked and wouldn?t see me absolutely pathetic and the guy in there doesn?t understand when you say a name makes you repeat yourself 3 times

What on earth justifies all of the negative reviews! Agata the pharmacist is excellent and very knowledgeable when being asked for recommendations etc. Marie in particular is always on hand and I am always grateful for prompt and efficient fulfilment of my prescriptions!

I've been here a few times now for advice on childhood germs/infections and the the lady pharmacist is full of knowledge and can prescribe what is needed. I've found everyone working there to be polite and welcoming and good at putting poorly children at ease. I went again today about my sons eczema and ended up leaving with a bag full of creams and lotions along with piriton all prescribed so I didn't have to pay. I really recommend them and can't understand all the negative reviews. Been brilliant each time I've been.

Ignorant!!! Trying to ring them so I can organise a time to pick up script. They don't answer, so you end up waiting for it or its not even there. I've walking difficulties so I usually have to make 2 trips.

Rarely have medication in stock, take ages to order, don't answer the phone when called, overall very poor pharmacy I would not recommend

Dose anyone answer the phone I have rang 10 times today as need my clients tablets and as for u telling me your 3 weeks behind on doing people medication this is terrible yous are supposed to be here to help save people's lives not try to kill them

Lunatics doctor prescribes a medicine they haven't got so they just give you the what ever they have. 5 days to process a prescription. I moved to another chemist and get the correct medicine and its ready in 24 hours

I use this pharmacy all the time usually fantastic. I understand they are under severe pressure at moment but the rudeness and way I spoken today was disgusting , I did order prescription over 2 wks ago and have been 3 times to collect and not ready, all I asked politely was if mines was ready
